Hoffman Elite Enterprises Ltd. (H.E.E.L) is a family run, Hydrovac company serving Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba. Our Founder, Kyle Hoffman, started his journey in the industry 19 years ago. Since the beginning, Kyle has been fortunate enough to work on various projects and job sites including Uranium and Potash Mines, Municipalities, Oil and Gas Facilities, Telecom work and Pipelines across western Canada. With his valuable knowledge and experience, Kyle excels at mentoring and supporting employees to ensure our clients receive top-quality service.
At H.E.E.L., our goal is to provide safe and efficient Hydrovac services. We strive every day to meet and exceed our client expectations, providing reliable Hydrovac services 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our knowledgeable staff, years of combined experience, and top of the line custom-made units ensure our clients save time and money.
Hoffman Elite Enterprises Ltd. has an extensive Health, Safety and Environmental Program. Our program has 26 extensive base policies and various subsequent policies. Our safety standards are continuously growing and improving to ensure our employees safety is of utmost importance. H.E.E.L signed the Mission Zero Charter in 2018 and is proudly a Mission Zero company. We believe ZERO is the only acceptable number, meaning ZERO HARM, ZERO PROPERTY DAMAGE and ZERO INCIDENTS. Our founder, Kyle Hoffman has experience working around multiple types of utilities where safety is key. Kyle has an amazing track record of ZERO lost time incidents in his entire Hydrovac career.
We believe all incidents can be prevented if the hazards are recognized and properly controlled. Our Hazard Assessment Program includes an intricate Incident Investigation program to ensure if an incident does happen, we can fully investigate the incident to find the basic/underlying cause to prevent a reoccurrence.
Our emphasis on safety was rewarded when we received our SECOR designation through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA). This shows our clients, employees, and the public that safety is of top priority at Hoffman Elite Enterprises Ltd. We pledge to upkeep our SECOR designation and as we grow and continuously advance our Heath, Safety and Environment (HSE) program to meet and exceed all standards and regulations. As we grow, we will maintain a proud safety culture and strive to achieve Mission Zero.
